How It Works
1. Contact Us
Complete the contact form and we will schedule a brief phone call to gather some more information and answer any questions. We will provide a quote and timeline for scheduling an assessment.
3. Testing
An in-person testing day will be scheduled for your child/adolescent. Results will be reviewed and a report will be written.
2. Interview & Gathering Records
Once an assessment is booked we will schedule a virtual interview with parents. We will also start gathering documentation to help prepare for the assessment (e.g., report cards, copies of IEP, etc.)
4. Feedback
We will meet virtually to review results of the assessment, areas of strength and challenge, diagnosis (if any), and recommendations. A copy of the report will also be available.
